Everyone is Creative Foundation (Eviscreat Foundation) is a Ugandan non profit organization empowering children and young people in underserved communities through play-based learning, growth mindset education, and creative problem-solving. We believe every child has the potential to become a changemaker — they just need the right tools, support, and belief so they don’t just survive school, they thrive in life. We equip children and young people in Uganda with the mindsets, skills, and confidence to turn challenges into opportunities — and futures into possibilities.
In Uganda, nearly 1 in 3 adolescents drops out of school before completing secondary education. Many leave not because they lack intelligence, but because they’ve lost confidence in their ability to learn.
Overcrowded classrooms, limited resources, and little focus on emotional well-being leave students feeling like academic challenges are signs of failure — not opportunities to grow.
Disengagement. Anxiety. Wasted potential.
But it doesn’t have to be this way.
Every child in Uganda deserves to believe they can learn, grow, and succeed.
We make that belief possible.
We teach children that their abilities aren’t fixed — that effort, strategy, and support
can help them achieve what they once thought impossible.
